Need help on serial number range

I feel stupid for asking this but I can't figure out what these ranges mean on Mercury parts exp. and where my serial number fits in. Looking under cylider block it shows:

USA S/N 0G127499/BEL -9836632 & BELOW

USA S/N 0G127500/BEL -9836633 & UP

Ok where does my serial number fit in and what does "BEL" stand for , Belgium? My serial # is 0G199060

I would say yours is the bottom one 0G127500 and up. I do not know what BEL is. Maybe someone could tell us both something.

Before ordering any parts, I would call or email to double check that you are getting the right ones for your engine.

Just got off the phone with a parts guy who cleared this up. "BEL" means Belgium. So if you take that part out of the equation it's pretty easy to read and find where your serial number is. Thanks Mike!
