what can you tell me about this 6.9 hp Sea king by Wards. Who made it and is it a 70 model. The Model # is VWB20909A-07X

I can tell you that VWB stands for West Bend. That's before Chrysler got ahold of it, so it may be a Clinton? Someone correct me if I'm wrong. No clue on the year.
