need help on year and hp

Hi all, Just picked up a 1980's ? Johnson Seahorse 6hp? According to model and serial #'s (5302M E08429) I think it is really a 1963 5.5 hp. Any help would be great. Thanks

Looks like 5302 = 1963 5.5hp Evinrude.

Thanks, Seller said an 80's is this motor an evinrude or a johnson and do you know oil to gas ratio?

It's an Evenrude.
I beleave that year engine used 24:1 fuel/oil ratio.
I am sure someone will come along and confirm it.
