Need help replacing bulge pump on Crestliner Phantom

I have a 1993 Crestliner Phantom 196SST with a bulge pump that is blowing fusses. The wiring I can see looks good. My next step is to replace the bulge pump. Any suggestion on where in the HULL it is, what panel I need to remove to get to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I, as so many before me can't find any technical info on this boat. Ernie, your question probably got overlooked in the skiing forum, should have been under boat electrics.

Anyway, is it an O/B or I/O?

Either way, follow the hose attached to the discharge fitting on the hull to the other end. I expect you'll find something jamming the impeller, causing high current/blowing fuses.
