Need help to identify model/year of craigslist sale

I am interested in buying this motor, but the guy doesn't know what the model number is or any identifing numbers to tell me. I haven't owned any mercs to know... im guessing early 70's? Anyone own or know this motor? I know this is vague info, but I couldnt get any info from the seller.
