Hello! Please let me know if I need to post this question in a different forum. I have a 1966 50HP Sea King that I am putting on a 1965 14' Starcraft Runabout. I have done a lot of research on Goolge, but I can't find anything. Basically, I need to wire it up. Engine turns over fine when going through jumper cables. I hooked up some wires, but obviously didn't do it right
I turn the ignition, and hear a click at the junction box thing where all of the electronic meet at the transom. I'm assuming I just don't have the ignition wired properly (if at all) to the outboard. There are 2 blue wires coming from the outboard that I'm assuming need to be hooked up, but I'm not sure where or even if that is correct. I hope the pictures I attached help. This isn't the original motor that went on the starcraft. I have really close up pics if the ones I attached on't help. This one came from a pontoon. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!!
