I am needing to find a schematic for replacing the o rings in my tilt/trim cylinder. It leaks off while sitting still or cruising down the lake. It has been doing it for a few years now and it needs fixed. I have replaced the fill cap and made sure the fluid is full. It does not have any external leaks. Also is the o rings a rubber or teflon material? How much would a rebuild kit cost for this unit? It is on a 1986 charger with a Mercury 150 XR2. Any and all help will be appreciated. Thanks!

If the small trim rods also retract(leak) while under way it could be any of these items:
1) Impact valve dirty/stuck on tilt cylinder or cylinder grooved
2) Bad valve on port trim cylinder
3) Damaged manual release valve o-rings
