Hi.I have a 1964 sea horse..Just got it running today and i dont know what the adjustments are on the carbs..Theres a dial in the middle on top that says speed.lean rich..well on the left and right of that there is another one that you can turn with your fingers...Then below them there are 2 more that you need a screw driver for..Is there ayone out there that can help me..its a 60hp also
