Thanks for the help with the ignition switch wiring. I finally got the boat running, sort of. I got spark I got gas to the carbs and if I prime the carbs from the front with gas the boat will start and run fine. When I shut it off, I can restart right away. But if it sits for awhile I hae to prime the carbs again. It is on the 1974 evinrude 135. Any suggestions on what might be wrong?

Do you think maybe the fuel pump might be bad? After it sits I have to prime the fuel line bulb also.

Might want to replace the primer bulb as there is a check valve inside that is supposed to allow fuel to go only to the engine.
