need help with replacing a floor

Much needed help new to the boating world. I have just received a glastron crestflite its a 1973 i believe unsure the year but need help with how to take the old floor out and replacing it. everyones help is greatly appreciated like i said im new to this whole boating and need help in restoring my crestflite glastron boat. will attach photos tomorrow if anyone could tell me what the year is as well would be greatly appreciated thank you all for your help

Yup, post in restorations. Also take a lot of time reviewing the work others have done.

I'll just add that more than likely you'll end up replacing the stringers and transom as well as the deck - I've been there and done that (twice).
