Need help with starcraft steering wheel attachment

I recently got a 14 foot starcraft closed bow boat with a 40 hp mercury, the problem is the old owner disconeccted the steering wheel and the throttle to replace the wood and never reconnected them. If anyone knows how to in a step by step way please help. I have all the parts but dont know how to do it

Hey romu, welcome!

If you have a cable pully system you'd have the perfect excuse to grab a new rotary system. They aren't all that much money, just over a hundred bux.

Yup, pretty easy! The rotary set up comes with the instructions.
