need help with year and hp i cant seem to find it anywhere

I found an old merc leg in my basement and a buddy of mine needs a lower unit for his motor, I told him he was welcome to it if it would fit, I ran the serial number everywhere and cant seem to get any results, just wondering if someone here could help out so that I might be able to help him get back on the water the serial number is 7051802 thanks in advance

It probably is a 65 HP and it looks like a 1975 3 cylinder to me using the following chart, http://www.maxrules.com/models/Merc_model_files/60-100.html

thanks, looks like its a 1975 65hp, the last three numbers in the chart are different than mine but I don't think that matters, I cant see them making a list of every single serial number they made ( would take a week to find the right one)
