Does anyone have or know where i can get a carb cover for my 1989 15 hp Evinrude e15ecec? I took off my air box to clean my carb and noticed that i had a crack going from the slow idle needle all the way back. This year has the black plastic cover. I've been having trouble getting my engine into forward without stalling and was going to clean and adjust my slow speed idle to see if i could fix the problem. Is there anyway to fix this or am i just gonna have to drop the $100 for a new one?
