need hp and info for an outboard

Hello all,

I am helping a friend with a mercury outboard. The serial #4822916. the motor is a twin cyl. single carb. blue stripe. Says "thunderbolt ignition" on it.

I am guessing it is a 9.9, 15 or possibly a 25.

all help would be appreciated.

Possibilities include 7-1/2 (75), 9.8 (110) and 20 (200) judging from the serial number. Give us a part number from the propeller.
