Need hunting course before I get license, where in N. CA.?

Just renewed my fish license last pm and wanted to get hunting lic as well for boar this year but Big5 says I have to take safety course. Where in N. CA. to take? I live in Concord. Just got "new" Mosin M44 rifle, figure it will be nice for boar, of course along with SKS, 303 Enfield and 308 Mauser <br />Thanks, Heinz

You could either call whatever you call the Dept. of Shooting Game, in Cal.... DEC here in Ny...<br />They are the ones who sponsor the programs,+ would know When + Where.....<br />Or, Look in the yellow pages for a chapter of the NRA near you....

In napa call sweenies sporting goods. also try the yolo sportsman that is where I took mine.

Hey I see you live in Cordelia, I work in Fairfield and live in Concord I'm gonna call Hogans and ask them, their in Pleasant Hill. Is course just a one day deal? Thanks, Heinz
