Need ID help to buy carb kit

My friend has an old Boston Whaler with a 20HP Mercury OB. It runs like crap, so I offered to help him rebuild the carb and also to do some much needed maintenance. Problem I'm having is that I cannot seem to locate the right carb kit. The engine dates to the 70's (I believe) and it is a model 200, but only 20hp. It has the fuel pump integral with the carb, and I might as well do that while it's out of the motor. The serial # is 4957735, and it definitely is a Mercury (doesn't say Mariner anywhere). I located a kit which looks right, but it's $70, which seems odd, but maybe that's jsut what it is. Any help would be great.

They are expensive but contain the kit for the fuel pump and carb. The new kit number is 1399-51991 but NOS kits are available at half the price if you want to risk it:

Thanks Gerry! I grabbed the eBay unit, will see how complete it is. Looks to have everything in it.

I'll keep everyone posted as to the progress. I really want this thing out of my driveway because I have as yet ot winterize my own boat!!!! UGH!!!
