Need ideas for container to ship power head in.......

I am purchasing a remanufactured V4 powerhead (shortblock). <br /><br />Need to ship mine in for core deposit, looking for suggestions on containers???

Last time I looked into a rebilt, I would ship my core back in whatever the rebilt came in. If this just won't work, then maybe a boat dealer will give or sell you a crate. New motors come well crated. Hope this helps.

Go to someplace like Mail Box's Etc. They have some heavy cardboard boxes. You can then cut a piece of plywood that just fits the bottom of the box and then screw the powerhead to it so it won't move around in the box.

What about advice on shipping the full motor. I am selling a motor on ebay 85HP and I am not sure what to do about the shipping. Not just the packing but also who to contact about the shipping?
