need info on Lowe boats

Hey guys. I'm looking at buying a Lowe 19' walk thru, 99 model. Has anyone owned or fished out of one of these boats? I'd like to hear anyone's comments on them. Thanks, Nick

jdman,<br /><br />I owned a 1989 Lowe 1730V (walk through).<br /><br />It was a great boat. I had zero trouble with it.<br /><br />They have since merged with Sea Nymph. The Sea Nymphs were also good boats. They seem to package alot of features for the dollar.<br /><br />One of the features I liked about my Lowe was the aluminum floor, no rot possible.

I've got a 1990 Model1940V which I bought new in '91,this has been a great boat,I'm sure that being up here in Alaska the guys that built it had no idea what this boat would go through,I've been out in sum weather that I had no business whatsoever being in, I just wish I had ordered a custom one from the factory,would have done away w/ the live well, & stretched it another 4ft, the flare could be a bit more but overall it has been a great rig,,I'll never get rid of it, it's the deer hunting special...
