Need instructions for getting to the VST on Mercury F115

Hi:

I have a 2001 Mercury four-stroke 115 (the motor that is part Yamaha). The motor is on a Lund Mr. Pike.

I am having trouble with the motor bogging down when the motor is under load. When I put the motor in neutral, I can rev it up as high as I want.

I have read about the VST problems. I am reluctant to get into this. Seems like a pretty big project. Does anyone know of specific instructions, perhaps even with photos?
