I'd try the place that sold you the lift, if you bought it new. Otherwise call up any dealer of that lift in your area and ask them.
Or try googling "PWC lift Parts", or something to see if that helps. Another possibility would be to make one yourself from aluminum stock you might be able to purchase locally, aluminum is pretty easy to work as far as cutting and drilling anyway.
