Could some one tell where i can get a manual for 1994 sprint bass boat ?

Boat manuals are hard to find, 'n are pretty much Useless when ya do...
Their more like a sales brochure, than a car's owners manual...

Get a factory manual for yer Motor,...
That's something that's actually Handy...

What exactly are you needing to look for in a manual? There's a good chance someone on here can help with whatever it is. If you need engine related information then visit the specific engine forum and get yourself a factory service manual.

i was looking in to see what kind of steering i have if it just cable or hydraulic boat vers to right i`v been told to turn fin trim to right so it equal out at hi speed

Correct, if boat turns right, move the rear of the trim fin to the right.

Welcome to iBoats. That is exactly the kind of information that would NOT be in an owners manual for your boat. That would be in the Engine/Drivetrain factory service manual. Boat manuals don't offer much at all. Mostly safety and model capacities and specs. No wiring diagrams or anything. They barely mention any features the boat may have much less how they operate or repair information. Your best source for info on your boat is right here. These forums are a goldmine of information. Once again , welcome aboard.

Ayuh,... The easiest way to find out, is go Look...
Do ya see hoses, or cables,..??

I'd think it's cable, as hyd. rarely gives torque steer feedback...
