Need Manuals 1979 26' Sea Ray 260 Weekender IO has 2 165 mercruiser motors.
Have engine manuals. Need the boats manual of where everything is located etcetera.

Need to find and buy the manual / manuals for our newly purchased 1979 26' Sea Ray 260 Weekender IO. It has 2 165 mercruiser motors. We need any and everything about this boat so we can get her in great shape and put her in the water (ocean ) before we are too old LOL! This will probibly be our last
boat so this is real important to us. Thanks Don & Diane HB OC CA

This is going to be tough, I checked the SeaRay website and found this, not a manual but may be of some help.

There is a restoration forum here that may be of help to you, there is a lot of good people here on iboats with a lot knowledge.

There is also a SeaRay specific site www.clubsearay.com that may be of help also, they also have a lot of good people with a lot of knowledge.

I too have a 79 Sea Ray Express Cruiser 260 and found a manual on line that can be downloaded. The manual is for an 80 model, but it is identical to my boat. The link is:

'79 Sea Ray 260 Express Cruiser

Hello Ed, I know that this post is very old and maybe the person is no longer in the forum, but, I am going to give it a shot at asking if it is possible to obtain this manual today? I need one just like this one for my Express Cruiser too. Please if you or anyone else that might have this let me know or shoot me an email with a link or a PDF, I will greatly appreciate it.
