Well I finally fixed all of my boats problems,(impeller and housing, complete trim cylinder replacement). While reattaching the hydraulic lines, one of the holes on the hydraulic valve body stripped. Anybody know a good source to find a replacement. This is the type I'm looking for.http://img690.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=sspx0150.jpg

The ports are drilled into a distribution manifold. After removing pump assembly from boat you can remove the small mounting bracket to expose a bolt that holds the distribution block onto the manifold. Remove that bolt and the block comes off. It is just a rectangular block of metal with four ports drilled into it. If you can not find a replacement distribution block then go to NAPA and buy a brass 1/8" MPT to 3/16" brake tube adapter. Regular pipe threads are tapered and can split the aluminum. So try to find straight pipe threads. Also make sure to use a tap that cuts full threads down to the bottom of your hole. You don't want to switch pump types because then you'll have to take system off boat in oder to install new tubing.

You can repair it by putting a helicoil insert into the manifold. I repaired mine with a helicoil I purchased from Graingers. It's better than new because the insert will not strip nearly as easily as the aluminum.
