Need opinions on new motor for my old Larson want to spend around 2500.00/ HP?/YEAR?

I have been looking at all types of motors and i am conflicted i have about 2500.00 to spend and i need something solid.Not looking for a touchy motor just a good workhorse 2 stroke. I am thinking like 80's evinrude, 115 ?? I don't know i neeed something that's easy to work and parts are readily available. 90HP?Nissan?Tohatsu?Suzuki? The boat is a rebuilt 67 larson.

An older Yamaha 2 stroke premix(no oil injection), freshwater,carbed, midrange(60HP to 90HP) would be hard to beat. All you gotta do is keep clean, fresh gas in it, change water pump, change foot oil, run the hound out of it! Good Luck!

Heck yeah, one of those Yamaha 90HP triples would be sweet. The power-to-weight ratio on those has to be pretty darn good.
