Generally boats come with a bunch of warnings and info on the engine and not much more, they don't have manuals like a car so you probabaly aren't going to find one and certainly not a wiring diagram, they just don't make them.
With cars a good run is well over 100,000 where they built maybe 500-1000 of your boat so it isn't economiclly feasable to create a manual, there just aren't enough units to spread the cost over.
What problems are you having withy the boat and we will go from there.
