1978 Mercruiser Pre-Alpha

I believe the OEM Part # is 32-86036Q. Can someone please confirm?

Can someone please help me find a part number so that I can replace this trim hose:

On this outdrive:

With this serial number: (52357?2)

It's leaking where then braided line meets this collar:

This shot puts the other end of the hose in focus:

That's the part number I thought it was (as noted in the top of my post). Thanks for the vote of confidence... I just needed a little moral support. I'll place my order today.
