need pictures of carb removal for 59 johnson 18hp

will be removing carb tomm. need some pics of removal procedure. Do not have Manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I dont have pics, but removing the carb is farily straightforward.

Is it electric start? If so, pull the starter.

Then disconnect the linkage, as well as the choke solenoid wire, and the fuel line feeding the carb. Then simply remove the 2- 1/2" nuts holding it onto the intake. Simple and easy.

Yes, it is very easy. Just unhook what HighTrim said. Then rehook after.
