Need Some advice.

I'm About to rebuild the transom on a 14' Fiberglass Lee Bass Boat.The old one is got weak and rotten.While I'm at it I'm Gonna build some front and Rear Casting decks.Then I'm Gonna Carpet them off with some blue boat carpet to match my boat.Can yall help me with a list of things I'm gonna have to get to complete this job Thanks?

big question?

Most can be answered by reading other threads.

New plywood, epoxy resin, fiberglass cloth, fiberglass tools, misc. parts that are junk and just need replacing (transom tie down hoops, drains, etc)

cardboard, paper, tape, plastic, gloves....

I'm doing mine right now (well I'll continue when I get some more $$$) so I'd be glad to share any I can let me know.
