Need some advice

I have an old Fiberglass Yalta Craft boat, it is 11.75ft long and i have a 7.5hp merc on the back.
Does anyone know why my boat lifts up at the front when i am in top speed.
I have tried to trim the motor in a few different positions but it still seems to want to dig in at the back and rise at the front.

try moving the battery if you have one and the fuel tank and any other gear forward

Light bow + heavy stern = shift some weight.
