Need some decals and gauges

We bought a 1980 Rinkerbuilt 17' runabout this year. It's a fun boat and we've been enjoying it, but I noticed a few cosmetic issues I'd like to correct. Namely the decals, and the gauges.
In the 1980's Rinkerbuilt dropped the 'built' from their name. I can fin 'Rinker' decals, but not 'Rinkerbuilt'. Does anyone know where I can find those?

Also, the trim gauge doesn't work (might be the trim senders). I'd like to replace and update the gauges. Can anyone tell me how to go about finding compatible gauges?

Thanks!

Visit a local graphics shop and have them custom made.

Does the original look something like this?

If so, like BobVT said, take the artwork to a local print/graphics/sign shop and have them make a set in your choice of color...also, while it may cost abit more, you should ask for them to be done in Marine Grade vinyl...tends to hold up better than standard stuff...

When you say compatible gauges, are you wanting them to like like the originals? Or, just work the same?

If it is the function you are after, most any gauge from most manufacturers will work like the originals...

Bob and you both hit the nail on the head. I didn't even think about just visiting our local sign company. The mentality of just get what you need from Wal-Mart or the internet has made me forget about that personal connection with local vendors.... and I hate that, so much.

So, yes, GT that looks right. It's dark outside so I can't go look to make sure, but it seems right. Where the decals used to be, if you catch it in the light just right you can see where the previous decals were. I know on the stern, the decal also shows the name and city of the Rinkerbuilt home port, Syracuse Indiana.

As for the gauges, I guess my options are wide open. Since it's a 1980's boat, I certainly don't want to go with anything neon and crazy. I'd like to update it, but still have a classy look. I was 9 when this boat first splashed. :) I'll check out the link you sent.

Many thanks!
