Need some help on my 9.9

I have a Suzuki 9.9, about a '93 I think. Having some trouble with overheating I believe. When I flush it, no water comes out of the pisser nor the exhuast. When in use on the water, a little bit of water comes out of the exhaust. The engine heats up very quickly and is too hot to touch.

Now I've tried cleaning out the pisser, it has dislodged some salt build up and I can now feel air coming out. Still no water

Any recommendations?
