There are a million of them, but I did this to my X wife once.

I went out to go to work in the morning and when I got to the truck I remembered that it was the first of april. I had to come up with something, so I slowly walked back to the house in a crouched position while looking up on the roof. [she was looking out the window at me] . I met her at the front door and said "get your camera, there is a bald eagle sitting on our chimny". So she got her camera and we slowly sneeked out and when she looked up on the roof I said. "April Fools", and ran for the truck.d

This one has worked for me in the past. hehehehe

On March 31st, after she's gone to bed, tape the handle of the spray hose at your kitchen sink and point it at yourself to be sure the aim is right. Then when she gets up to make the coffee in the morning she'll get a dose of cold water, in the face if she's short.

Wet a tissue with milk and run around holding the tissue to your eye pretending you stuck your pen or nail in your eye, when she comes close, squeeze the tissue to make the milk spurt out all over the place.

Put a tiny raisen or some black sesame seeds in the neck of her toothpaste tube.

My company has one of those phone systems with music on hold. It's normally set to a local country station. The music comes from any external source you plug into. The music is also piped into all the hallways so you can hear it everywhere. Since I have the keys to the phone closet I'm going to put a CD player in there looping a few Hank Williams Jr. songs all day long.
