Need some rings!

I put some flush table mounts in my boat and need the grommets or rings or whatever they're called that go into the carpet after you cut the hole for the table leg, like this one around the ski locker handle. It's some kind of black plastic. Anyone have any idea where I can get some? I've been looking for a couple of weeks now with no luck.

Perko does make the latch but I can't find anyone who makes the rings. The boat is a Crownline and the dealer says they can't order the rings or tell me who makes the carpet. The rings only come as part of the carpet. My boat didn't originally have the table mounts in it, I added them later. I'm not going to buy $1000 of carpet to get a couple of plastic rings! I'll make some if I have to, I was hoping someone knew of a carpet or upholstery supplier who supplied them.

Thanks Jevery - exactly what I was looking for! Those look and sound like the original equipment ones on the boat. How did you find that? I've been searching for rings, trim rings, grommets, carpet grommets, and anything else I could think to call the things for the last couple of weeks.

Great site here - always seems to be someone that can help you out!

It took me about forty-five minutes to find that site. Not that I would normally spend that amount of time researching for someone, but yesterday I was out changing the oil in the Yamaha on my bass boat and noticed some ice in the battery compartment. I went and got a heat gun and got it loosened up and apparently while I was trying to get a hold of that slab of ice I was simitaneously burning a *%&?!! huge hole in the carpet on the lid of my livewell. I was so pissed off at myself it helped me to calm down to help someone else with their upholstery problem. Now I've gotta see if Ranger will send me a yard or two of matching carpet.

Sorry to hear about your carpet! If you can't get a piece from Ranger you may be able to find a match at somewhere like Overton's. They'll will send you free sample cards so you can hopefully match your color and texture.
