I want to rebuild my stringers and floor with composite material. I have looked at starboard, coosa and aqua plas 4 from piedmont. Any opinions or alternate suggestions are appreciated.

I think the first question is budget, theres some whiz bang material out there but they're pricey, although I've seen 4x8 sheets of composite materials on craigslist and ebay.
You can also pour your own seacast deck and stringer materials, stringers can be poured flat onto ply with a border then cut out to fit.

I used ply for my stringers and seacast for the transom.

The budget is not an issue. Aqua plas will cost me about 1400 in material. Tell me more about the pourable. I can get form material free or near free

Check into nidabond by nidacore. It is a pourable compound that is cheaper than seacast and in my opinion much easier to use. I used it in my transom and the entire pour time was about 1 1/2 hours, It can be used for stringers also.

can't beat the price of the nida core line, I found out about it too late.

Why don't you just use wood? Properly done it will last much longer than you will own the boat. Easier and cheaper. I have never seen seacast, but my guess is that it is even heavier than wood?

Have a great day

the benefit to using seacast is you don't have to dismantle the boat, just hog out the old wood with a chainsaw and pour it in. Done.
