Need thermostat and impeller

Well, I found out the hard way that my 1992 Chaparral with 4.3 Yamaha (which I read is not worth a wooden nickel due to no parts) has a bad impeller. Did not run very hot and only for about 1 minute. But, where online can I buy new thermo and impeller. The impeller is for a Sherwood pump and is stamped with #6. The pump housing is a G3 cast. Impeller is 1.25" long with a 5/8" bore and a 3/16" key. <br />Thermostat is made by Robertshaw Controls and is stamped 21 L9 0143. Motor normally runs at 145 degrees in all conditions. <br />Where can I buy these online, or can I? Dealer wants too much.<br /><br />Thanks in advance.<br />David Martin

The impeller is nothing special and don't cost but around twenty something dollars. The thermostat is nothing special either but being I'm not at my shop, I can't give you the numbers. Now the gaskets for the thermostat housing, that's special and unless you're good at cutting out gaskets by hand, you'll need to buy the Yamaha ones. Of course I have them in stock but being us Yamaha sterndrive dealers are so expensive!!!
