Need to find Owners or Service Manual for 5hp Merc

Buddy of mine picked up a small fishing boat with a 5hp 4 Stroke Merc on it. We are having some mixture issues and a case of a missing vaccum line. So, we tried searchign the net, but figured asking the experts here could be quicker.

So, anyone got a link to a pdf version?
