Need to fix my swim ladder...

My ladder broke off right at the fitting (unfortunately I don't have a pic of the damage/ladder until friday). The ladder is pretty unique as far as I can tell, and the fittings allow it to lock in the up position. My transom has weird angles, and most replacement ladders I don't think will fit. Thought about replacing the tubing, but a) I'd rather not mess with it and b) I'm not sure I can get the fittings off without ruining them (they're seized pretty good to the tubing).
So....
Does anyone know of some off the shelf options that might fit? (bonus points for keeping the teak stairs)
Any other suggestions?

Here's some bitchin' pics, I can't edit my photos to crop them ATM

find a welder.... have it welded.
they weld 316L tubing every day

those were custom ordered for Glastron

It's right at the joint, it would be a kludge to weld, and I'm probably looking at the other side or the rest of the tubing at the other fittings going soon enough. Instead of welding 30+ year old tubing I could buy some new and bend it. The issue is actually more the fittings. Not only is the aluminum corroded to it, but I'm worried about their age as well. At this point I'm leaning toward removing the opposite side end fitting and cutting down the tube about 1" and reinserting. That's probably going to be the path of least resistance. It would be nice to replace this whole thing with new parts though. I can't find any ladders that lock like mine does, repair fittings seem scarce...Either way I was hoping not to have to dedicate hours to this, but so be it I guess.

After fruitlessly searching the interwebs for either replacement fittings (nonexistent) or a new ladder that would fit (nonexistent), I spent way too much time rehabbing the old ladder. On the broken side I used a combination of chiseling, drilling, and cursing to remove the aluminum. On the good side it took a lot of heat, pb blaster, and whacking with a bfh. Luckily didn't break the fitting trying to remove it. Cut off an inch or so on the good side and reinstalled. Not sure what I'll do when those fittings go...
