Need to know 60's Evinrude gear ratios

Hello All.
Does any happen to know the gear ratios of both the 1969 Evinrude 25hp Sportster and
the 1968 18hp Fastwin? Might replace the 25 lower with the 18.
I couldn't find info searching the net, and I don't have the factory manuals.

Thanks. I'd swapped out lowers years ago, simy because original 25hp was getting water in the oil, "found" 18hp wasn't.
We used to be able to scavenge our landfill. I came across a 18hp that had just been dumped one day. Looked perfectly good, but the cover got crushed when it unceremoniously got dumped. I checked the gearbox, it was good, so I removed & bought it, the prop and carb for $5. When I tried the Prop out, it was spun. In hindsight, someone had junked a perfectly good 18hp Evinrude because they thought something serious was wrong with it, but wasnt. Not the 1st time Im sure.
Wish I'd taken the whole motor for $10.
