need to paint my outboard

150 merc black max it is black wanting to rpaint the entire motor top to bottom. cowling what kind of paint do i use. lower half what kind of paint. any suggestions on quick and easy method.

I have recently repainted my johnson. For the lower half I used auto spray paint. High heat resistant. and for the cowling I actually foune the paint they use at the factory in my local dealer. Looks great

Mercury dealer have a paint for your outboard.<br /> Quicksilver Phantom Black about 20 bucks a can.<br />It will keep your OB in original colour.

is the quicksilver for the fiberglass cowling or for the lower unit. or both.
