Need to remove exhaust hoses

I have a 1989 340sd sea ray with 2 7.4 mercs in it. I need to remove the exhaust to get access to the water inlets , bildge pumps and transducer. I have all the clamps off and the pipes just won't come out of the hoses. Does anyone have an idea on how to get them apart?

With time those hoses get very stuck. I run a big screwdriver down the sides to loosen them up a bit.
