Need to replace belts

I need to replace the PS and altenator belt on my '83 Merc 350 260HP. Does anyone know what size belts I need to get. The boat is an hour away and I would like to have the belts before the weekend.

The Merc PN for the Alt belt is 57-93658Q and is a 44" belt The PS belt is PN 57-37619Q and is a 52" belt.
Make sure the pulleys aren't all rusty. That's what normally destroys marine belts so fast. The rust acts just like sand paper.
