Need to replace OMC stringer seals. Anything else I should do while the drive's off?

My starboard stringer blew the gears in the upper gear case. While I'm fixing that I'm going to be replacing all the seals. During this down time I'm going to also take off the port stringer off to replace the seals on it as well even though there are no signs of water in it. Can anyone recommend anything else I should do while the drives are off? I'll also be replacing one bad transom boot, two sets of bad tilt motors, two sets of bad tilt clutches, and two sets of bad tilt clutch housing seals.

It would have been cheaper if I just did the seal replacement when I got the boat. Oh well, live and learn! The boat should be just about ready for the ocean after I get all of this out of the way.

I figure about:
$450 for the tilt system replacement on both out drives.
(Used clutches, new motors, and new seals)
$100 for the one transom boot.
$300 to install used gears.
$200 for seals on both out drives.
$5 for band aids and neosporin to fix my busted knuckles.

Selling my little 100 HP outboard powered tri-hull should take care of the bill. ;)
