Hi there, I have a 1986 force 125 (4 cylinder, 2 carbs) that I need to setup for timing. I recently messed with the timing link between the carbs and the cam, as well as the timing adjustment tower trying to get it running and cant seem to get it going. anyone have any ideas? I have seen all the YouTube videos and still cant find anything to help.

If you have the Prestolite ignition system and I suppose you have if it is a 1986 year model.
You set the timing at WOT static at cranking speed 28 dgr BTDC.
It will end up with 30 dgr BTDC while running.
Use a timing light and adjust the timing at the nut/screw at top of the tower shaft.
The one that connect the tower shaft to the trigger/timing plate.
There is a video at Youtube with Frank A where he shows how to set the timing at 3-4 cylinder Chrysler/Force OB with both the Motorola battery fed CD ignition and the Prestolite self energize magneto CD system.
