Need Year Very Badly Yamaha 4 AC

I am trying to help my buddy out. I was a bodyman for 35 years and live in a small town in Pa. that has no marine mechanics in it. Trying to get a couple parts online but the model # don't give me a year to get them. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

What is the serial number of the motor?

The serial # is 6EOS122356

I am pretty sure that it is a 1994. I hope so anyways. Used the iboats year from seriel# chart. Parts are on the way.

I would have guessed 1991. But, any parts for a 1991 6E0 motor (model 4AC) will more than likely be the correct parts for a 1994 6E0 motor (also 4AC model).

The equivalent of a USA model 4MSHS.
