I have a Tracker 14 sportsman that I need to put a inexpensive fish finder on, 150 dollars or less (hopefully). Am on a budget but need to see how deep I am when trying to fish local lake. Carters Lake here in north Georgia is one of the deepest lakes in the SE at over 400ft deep, not that I am going to fish that deep. I would like to be able to find the bottom and structure in this mud/silt (brown) tinged river of a lake. Any Ideas on what would be good to mount on the bench seat?

I have a lowrance X86ds. When I got it a few years ago it was about $120. Good unit, has dual scan, depth, and temp. Uses a 20deg skimmer transducer. If they still make them I would recomend that one.
