I would like to know if anyone knows a part number for crank shaft/rod needle bearings for my '56 30HP Johnsons. The number I show is 302529 and for the center bearing 392584.

I'd like to replace these while I am already in there working. Anyone know of a current equivilent?

Thanks!

Re: Needle bearings anyone?

My 1965 book shows the 302529 superseded by part numbers 378151 and 378152.

378151 is still shown as available on the BRP shop site. It was used on the 1968 18HP as well.

I would get in touch with sea-way.com for those parts if your dealer does not get them for you.

I see part # 392584 still used on the 1985 40HP, and the part as special order. That is not the number for a bearing though.
