I just wish this cuban a-hole (he tells me it's a FREE country and that he'll do what he wants, YA RIGHT) who lives across the street from yours truly, would get his s**t together for once in his life...<br /><br />It seems that a few years ago this idiot decided to put an addition on his house and inclose the carport with the intention of moving into a trailer and renting the entire house to at least three families (at one time)... Problem is that he did so with absolutely no building permits, no inspections, and the area where we live is zoned as single family, ONLY, not to mention the fact that he was claiming his homestead exemption all that time (Homestead exemption is basicly a property tax exemption for those who own, and live in the house in which they claim the exemption)... He obviously does not even know what day to put his garbage, and what type of garbage goes on what day because he has been fined and told by the code inforecment officer at least half a dozen times that I know of, cause I did turn him in for that.. <br /><br />Building codes in Florida are very strict, especially in South Florida because of hurricanes...<br /><br />Well, his bubble got burst about a year ago when the city got wind of what was going on... I did not turn him in, although in retospect, I should have... He was forced to clean up the garbage which was carted away in two large roll-off dumpsters, tear down the mosquito infested pool with the green water, get permits for all the additions and pay additional fines for not doing it right the first time, and fix all the building code violations which he has yet to do, and most likely won't do...<br /><br />Now, he stand out in the middle of the street yelling at me all the time in a ****-poor attempt at english, calls me a racisist because I hate cubans (and YES, I do HATE cubans which is the ONLY true statement to spew from his foul mouth), calls me a son-of-a-b****, says I have sex with my mother, says he knows where I work and is going to get me fired (I own the company 
), says I have a criminal record a mile long (I have one traffic violation on my record for a minor accident ), and today he threatens me with physical harm... This is the most amusing part as I'm 30 years younger and in excellent physical condition.. I'd mop the floor up with the guy... <br /><br />I usually just let him ramble on, all the time he's just making a bigger ass of himself... The cops have been out several times to cool him off which does no good...<br /><br />What to do??? Knock the rest of his few remaning teeth out??? I have considered moving to greener pastures in 6 months to a year from now, but I like my home as it is... What to do...
