Neptune Mighty Mite

I'm new in the vintage outboard motor hobby. I just purchased my 1st it's a Neptune Mighty Might 1A39 (I'm told it's a 1939 model) I need owners manal or operating instructions. Can anyone help me.
Next does the compression have to be 60lbs to start.
I have not tried to start yet as I'm trying to get my ducks in order.

Let's start off with getting the name right---it's Mighty Mite.

mite=a tiny eight-legged invertebrate animal related to spiders and ticks.

Used as a generic term to indicate anything very small.

AFAIK Doug Penn is the go-to guy for Mighty Mite parts. He may have manuals as well. He bought out the remains of the manufacturer some years after they finally shut the door. He's quite helpful and a pleasure to do business with IME.
