I recently bought 5 outboards and among them was an unidentified motor that I thought was an Evinrude Elto pal or cub. But now, looking at pics online, I'm pretty sure it's a Neptune of some type. I believe the model and serial number were on the pull start plate that attaches to the flywheel, but it's missing (the pull start plate, not the flywheel). I'll attach a couple pics. If anyone can tell me anything about model, hp, date range, etc, that would be well-received. I did notice several numbers on various parts, all starting out with OB00, For example, the cylinder body has OB100-3, and I've seen ob100-1 and OB100-2 as well. Carb is stamped AC 1A. Any other details that would help, just let me know and I'll send pics.
