Re: Netflix

I just signed up for NetFlix.
They have a ton of movies that BlockBuster doesn't carry anymore.

A friend has been with them for some time, and he loves it.

I'm wondering the turn-around times.

H.

Re: Netflix

Bigfun,
I was a member of Netflix for a while, but I quit. Although they carry virtually any movie you want to see, it's almost impossible to get the recent releases. You can get the recent releases much quicker at the local Hollywood video or Blockbuster. If your just looking for the oldies, Netflix is great.
-Joe

Re: Netflix

Bigfun,

The wife and I have had netflix for over a year now. We like it. No late fee's, and it works great for movies in a series, like the Soprano's or 24. It can be tough to get a new release right away but as long as its in your que and your que is full you'll get it sooner or later and in the mean time receive a different movie. The way I look at it the new releases is that if I wanted to see it THAT bad, I would have gone to the theatre to see it... I don't mind waiting a bit.

Re: Netflix

A girlfriend and I had Netfix when it first came out, and we had it for a few years. Once we broke up, we cancelled the subscription, but it worked pretty well.
